Privacy Policy

LiveSmart Elite is a coaching app. This page explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have. We wrote it in plain language; ask your coach, or contact us through Messages inside the app, if anything is unclear.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email and a password (stored only as a one-way hash).
- Coaching data you enter: goals, injuries or limitations, training days, equipment, food preferences, daily check-ins (sleep, energy, mood, weight, soreness), workout logs (exercises, sets, reps, weight, notes) and messages with your coach.
- Billing status: your membership plan and whether it is active. If card payments are enabled, card details are entered on Stripe's hosted page and never reach our servers.
- Basic technical data: your theme preference and a session cookie so you stay signed in.
How we use it
To run your coaching: build and adjust your plan, show your progress, let your coach review your check-ins and workouts, and send you messages. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
Who can see it
- Your coach and LiveSmart staff who support your coaching.
- Service providers that host the app (hosting and database) and process payments (Stripe), under their own security commitments.
- No one else, unless required by law.
Health information
Information about your body, training and wellbeing is sensitive. We use it only for your coaching. LiveSmart Elite provides fitness and wellness coaching, not medical advice or diagnosis.
Your choices
- Delete your account: Profile → Delete account removes your account and coaching data from the app.
- Access or correct your data: ask your coach or contact us through Messages inside the app.
- Theme and notifications: adjust in Profile.
Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it when you delete your account, except records we must keep for legal or payment reasons. Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited by role: coaches only see clients linked to them.
Children
LiveSmart Elite is intended for adults 18 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the date above and let active clients know in the app.
