Coaching, not medical care

LiveSmart Elite provides fitness, nutrition and wellness coaching and education. It is not medical advice. Talk to a clinician before starting a new program, especially if you are injured, pregnant or have a health condition. Stop any exercise that causes pain and seek care if needed.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older.

Membership and payments

Plans and prices are set by your coach and shown on the Membership screen before you pay. Paid memberships may renew until cancelled. You can cancel from the Membership screen or by messaging your coach. When card payments are not enabled, your coach may invoice you directly.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to access other people's data, or share your login.

Ending your account

You can delete your account any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Exercise carries inherent risk. To the extent allowed by law, LiveSmart Incorporated is not liable for injuries or losses arising from your use of the app or the suggestions in it.
